What are they?

Incoterms are the international regulation for international merchandise transportation. Their main objective is establishing the criteria for risks and
expenses in an international trade contract. These commercial terms are accepted by all governments and all involved parties in international transport and
are published and reviewed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
